* The costume consists of two parts. Skirt has an elasticated waist 30 - 46 inches approx and length measures 40 inches. Chest measures up to 40 inches and waist up to 34 inches

* Overskirt can be tied underneath to give a ruched effect (see main picture), or left to fall more naturally
